Description Warehouse Building consisting of a 306,000 SF Tilt Wall distribution center. The project has a Typical 6” Slab on Grade in 2/3 of the warehouse and100,000 SF of a 5,000 psi 10” Slab over 12” of compacted limestone for support of heavy storage materials. The project is a Front Load Warehouse with rail access on the rear side. Overhead doors and dock levelers have been installed along the rail as well as the truck dock area.
