Quantix Ameriport Bldg. #17 -Baytown,TX

Quantix consists of a 1,084,000 SF Tilt Wall build to suit warehouse.The building included 15,000 of office interiors.The warehouse has high pile storage,ESFR Fire System with a corresponding 250,000 gal. fire tank,24 FT Hunter fans for employees comfort,146 dock openings with 185 trailer parking spaces, (2) rail car lines that lead directly to the building 

Palmer Logistics APBP#1- Baytown,TX

Palmer Logistics is a 297,246 SF tilt up warehouse bldg. consisting with 12,000 SF office interiors,spray fireproofing at interior steel beams, 5” insulated metal panel cool room , ESFR system ,100 gal. foam tank fire pump on 17.7 acreage with site utilities consisting of a water well system, fire water well system,1500 gallon trash tank and 1700 gallon dosing septic system 

Palmer Logistics AP#12 -Baytown,TX

The project consists of a 218,556 SF Tiltwall build out to suit for Palmer Logistics. Project includes 36' clear height structure, R30 Roofing ,Foam Hazardous ,LED Hi Bay Lighting 3500 SF office interior rooms, and a 30,000 cold storage room,and two office/warehouse buildings with paving for a truck court, parking and drive areas


Access World / Grief AP#10- Baytown,TX

Warehouse Building consisting of a 306,000 SF Tilt Wall distribution center. The project has a Typical 6” Slab on Grade in 2/3 of the warehouse and100,000 SF of a 5,000 psi 10” Slab over 12” of compacted limestone for support of heavy storage materials. The project is a Front Load Warehouse with rail access on the rear side

Plantgistix  AP#9- Baytown,TX

Spec Building consisting of a Front Load 337,000 SF of Tilt Wall warehouse. (3) Office Entrances have been designed/installed for maximum flexibility.The building has a ESFR Fire Suppression installed a nd 60 MIL TPO Roof system.Building has the a compressor building and a penthouse plastics transloading structure. Clearstory glass has been installed for daytime lighting

Baytown Pack House AP#11- Baytown,TX

Owner: Ameriport #11; National Property Holdings

Distribution Building consisting of a Front Load 225,500 SF Tilt up Wall building with 6,000 SF of Office Interiors. LED Hi Bay interior lights and LED exterior lighting was utilized along with an ESFR Fire Suppression system and a 60 Mil TPO Roof. The building structure contains a roof penthouse for transloading equipment. Rail is provided on the rear of the building

Neurogene , Houston,TX

Owner :Neurogene Inc. 

Neurogene is a  bio-medical manufacturing and office facility  specializing in gene therapies.The project consists of nearly 40,000 SF  of medical labs including ISO Class 2 cleans rooms,and administrative office interior renovations

Palmer Logistics AP#7- Baytown,TX

Owner: National Property Holdings

Distribution Facility consisting of a 203,000 SF Tilt Wall Build to Suit for Palmer Logistics. This Building was built to a H3 Hazardous Classification.

It contains spray on Fire Insulation on the roof, Structural steel, and all interior columns. It also has upgraded HVAC Supply/Exhaust, a Foam Fire

Suppression System, Fire Water Storage Tank, 3-hourDemising Walls, and 3,500 SF of Offices Int

Exxon Mobil/Geodis AP6- Baytown,TX 

Architect: Powers and Brown Architecture

Owner: National Property Holdings

Distribution Facility consisting of a 465,000 SF

Tilt Wall warehouse with 6,000 SF of office space and 30,000 SF Cold Storage room. The project contained dock doors equipped with automated dock levelers, dock seals, and dock restraints. Fourteen Big Ass Fans were installed for comfort control along with LED HiBay Lights with motion sensors. An ESFR Fire Sprinkler system was utilized

LKQ - New Braunfels,TX

Architect: MIII Designs

Owner: Nelson Properties

LKQ New Braunfels is a 100,000 SF PEMB Build-To-Suit auto salvage facility. The project includes 90 acres of outside storage yard for salvaged vehicles. Also included are 15,000 SF office interiors, high pile pack storage, wire guided forklift systems,10 dock levelers, and a ESFR fire sprinkler system. MEP/Design Build

Owner: National Property Holdings

Distribution Building consisting of a 326,000 Build to suit including 3,000 SF of office space with a compressor building and a penthouse plastics transloading structure. A rail pulley system was installed along with rail access doors for transloading to Rail Cars. The building has a Foam Fire Suppression system along with LED HiBay Lighting and Exterior LED Parking Lighting

    Headwaters #8 - Baytown,TX

    Headwaters Ameriport 8 is a 30,000 SF Build-To-Suit cast in place structural concrete fly ash storage facility. It includes overhead vacuum distribution, rail served transloading and silo served transloading.MEP/Design Build

    Palmer Logistics AP400-Baytown,TX

    Palmer Logistics is a 333,000 SF Build-To-Suit Tilt Panel distribution building located in Baytown, TX It includes  15,000 SF of office space,60,000 SF of Cold Storage room,2 truck ramps,60 dock doors, a 5,000 SF secondary storage building, and a foam fire sprinkler system. MEP/Design Build


    LKQ - Casa Grande, AZ

    Owner:Nelson Properties

    LKQ  is a  107,000 SF PEMB Build-To-Suit warehouse and auto salvage facility with a office building space. The project is on a 158 acres of Crushed Concrete Stabilized  storage yard for salvaged vehicles. MEP/Design Build
